Ship deep Salesforce integrations in days

Salesforce is a complex, multi-SKU ecosystem that exposes data through interfaces like SOAP APIs, Apex triggers, and SOQL (to name a few). With Ampersand, you can get this integration live for your customers in days.

Build a custom data model to handle complex configurations

No two Salesforce instances are the same. Every customer will have custom fields, custom objects, and tenant-specific semantics. AI agents need infrastructure that understands Salesforce at the per-tenant level.

3 / 4 customers

3 / 8 customers

  • Customer A: Contact (standard), Opportunity (standard), Invoice (custom)
  • Customer B: Contact (standard), Account (standard), Case (standard)
  • Customer C: Contact (standard), Account (standard), Subscription (custom)

Enable software and agents to take bi-directional action

With Ampersand, your engineers don’t need to deal with Salesforce’s 15+ APIs. Simply declare the actions you want your agents to take: read, write, subscribe, search, proxy. No need to learn Apex or SOQL.

Example. Subscribe: “Notify me as soon as a contact’s email address changes.”

  1. Ampersand sets up Salesforce CDC events through the Tooling API.
  2. CDC events arrive, and Ampersand detects which fields changed.
  3. Ampersand keeps only the events where the email changed and drops the rest.
  4. Ampersand fetches the current contact, with every field, through the REST API.
  5. Ampersand applies this customer’s field mappings.
  6. Ampersand sends the contact to your product.

Ensure your Salesforce integration is always available

  • Managed auth

Fully offload management of Salesforce OAuth tokens or JWT keys. Support integration-only users for security-conscious customers.

  • API quota protection

Work around Salesforce’s strict quota limits and prevent your integration from accidentally consuming all your customers’ quotas.

  • Schema drift detection

Proactively surface object, field, and permission changes that will impact your integration.

“If you have ever integrated with a CRM, you know how complicated that is. It is actually the number one source of issues that we run into with our customer integrations. And Ampersand removes a lot of that complexity. I want my teams to be focused on building the product, and not having to focus on complex CRM integrations.”

Not all Salesforce integrations are created equal

Salesforce is the primary system of record for go-to-market software applications and AI agents. With Ampersand, your developers can create a best-in-class Salesforce integration.
