Ship deep NetSuite integrations in days
NetSuite exposes its records through SuiteQL, the REST API, and RESTlets, and every account is configured differently. With Ampersand, you can get this integration live for your customers in days.
Build a custom data model to handle
complex configurations
No two NetSuite accounts are the same. Every customer has custom records, custom fields, and their own subsidiaries and forms. AI agents need infrastructure that understands NetSuite at the per-tenant level.
3 / 8 customers
- Customer A: Customer (standard), Sales Order (standard), Subscription (custom)
- Customer B: Invoice (standard), Vendor (standard), Item (standard)
- Customer C: Customer (standard), Invoice (standard), Contract (custom)
Enable software and agents to take bi-directional action
With Ampersand, your engineers don’t need to choose between SuiteQL, the REST API, and SuiteScript. Simply declare the actions you want your agents to take: read, write, proxy.
Example. Read: “Sync every invoice that changed since the last run.”
- Ampersand refreshes this customer’s OAuth 2.0 token.
- Ampersand queries only the invoices that changed since the last sync.
- The changed records come back, page by page.
- Ampersand applies this customer’s field mappings, custom fields included.
- Ampersand sends the invoices to your product.
Ensure your NetSuite integration is always available
-
Managed auth
Fully offload NetSuite OAuth 2.0, including machine-to-machine connections. Ampersand stores and refreshes every customer’s credentials.
-
Incremental reads
After a full historic backfill, each sync reads only the records that changed, so your integration moves less data on every run.
-
Schema drift detection
Get notified when fields are created, deleted, or changed in any customer’s NetSuite, before the change breaks your integration.
Not all NetSuite integrations are created equal
NetSuite is the system of record for finance and operations at thousands of companies. With Ampersand, your developers can create a best-in-class NetSuite integration.
The NetSuite records your agents can read and write
Ampersand reads and writes NetSuite through the REST API, reads through SuiteQL, and offers a RESTlet for deeper access. You pick the module in amp.yaml.
Reads include a full historic backfill, then incremental reads of only the records that changed.
Questions people ask
before they book a demo
-
Which NetSuite records can I read and write?
The REST API module reads and writes every resource in the NetSuite REST API reference. The SuiteQL module is read-only and covers nearly all records in the NetSuite Record Browser. Choose the module in your amp.yaml.
-
Does Ampersand read only the records that changed?
Yes. After a full historic backfill, Read Actions pick up only new and changed records on the schedule you set.
-
Can I get deeper access than the REST API gives?
Yes. A RESTlet module installs an Ampersand RESTlet in your customer’s NetSuite for deeper read and write access. It is in private preview, so talk to us to try it.
-
Does Ampersand offer a unified API?
Ampersand doesn’t offer a unified API. It works with NetSuite’s own objects and fields as each customer sets them up, which differs from how a unified API works. We also give you the primitives to build your own unified data model.
