Ship deep HubSpot integrations in days

HubSpot spreads its data across CRM, marketing, conversation, and scheduler APIs, and every customer adds custom objects and properties. With Ampersand, you can get this integration live for your customers in days.

Build a custom data model to handle complex configurations

No two HubSpot portals are the same. Every customer has custom objects, custom properties, and their own pipelines. AI agents need infrastructure that understands HubSpot at the per-tenant level.

3 / 4 customers

3 / 8 customers

  • Customer A: Contact (standard), Deal (standard), Subscription (custom)
  • Customer B: Company (standard), Deal (standard), Ticket (standard)
  • Customer C: Contact (standard), Meeting (standard), Project (custom)

Enable software and agents to take bi-directional action

With Ampersand, your engineers don’t need to learn HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, and webhook APIs. Simply declare the actions you want your agents to take: read, write, subscribe, search, proxy.

Example. Subscribe: “Notify me as soon as a deal moves to a new stage.”

  1. Ampersand subscribes to deal changes through your HubSpot app’s webhooks.
  2. Change events arrive, and Ampersand detects which properties changed.
  3. Ampersand keeps only the events where the stage changed and drops the rest.
  4. Ampersand fetches the current deal, with every property, through the CRM API.
  5. Ampersand applies this customer’s field mappings.
  6. Ampersand sends the deal to your product.

Ensure your HubSpot integration is always available

  • Managed auth

Fully offload HubSpot OAuth. Ampersand stores and refreshes every customer’s tokens for the scopes you choose.

  • Custom property management

Create or update the custom properties your product needs in each customer’s HubSpot, kept together in their own property group.

  • Schema drift detection

Get notified when fields are created, deleted, or changed in any customer’s HubSpot, before the change breaks your integration.

Jeson Patel CTO at @11x
“If you have ever integrated with a CRM, you know how complicated that is. It is actually the number one source of issues that we run into with our customer integrations. And Ampersand removes a lot of that complexity. I want my teams to be focused on building the product, and not having to focus on complex CRM integrations.”

Subscribe needs a one-time webhook setup in your HubSpot app. HubSpot does not report changes to custom properties on its own; Ampersand support can set up a workaround.

Questions people ask before they book a demo

  • Which HubSpot objects can I read and write?

You can read and write contacts, companies, deals, calls, emails, meetings, notes, every other standard CRM object, and custom objects, including each customer’s custom properties. Lists, users, owners, and marketing, conversation, and scheduler objects are read-only.

  • Can I get real-time updates from HubSpot?

Yes. Subscribe Actions deliver record changes as they happen, after a one-time setup in your HubSpot app. HubSpot does not report changes to custom properties on its own, and Ampersand support can set up a workaround.

  • Is there a limit on how many customers can install my app?

HubSpot limits new project apps to 25 installs until the app is listed on the HubSpot Marketplace. Start the listing process as soon as your integration works with a first customer.

  • Does Ampersand offer a unified API?

Ampersand doesn’t offer a unified API. It works with HubSpot’s own objects and fields as each customer sets them up, which differs from how a unified API works. We also give you the primitives to build your own unified data model.
